As a business owner in Cumbria, it is my strong belief that both business and public sector organisations have the capacity to significantly impact the wellbeing and prosperity of their local communities.  We are incredibly lucky that the University of Cumbria is so engaged with the needs of its county and that its ambitious growth plans will have such a direct and positive impact on the future of Cumbria.
